Early Years Practitioner – Supply Roles

About the role

Prospero Teaching is looking for Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners to provide flexible, supply‑based support across a range of nurseries in Bristol. You will work on an ad‑hoc, short‑term, long‑term or temp‑to‑perm basis, fitting shifts around your personal schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support children’s learning, development, play and wellbeing in line with the EYFS framework.
• Deliver high‑quality care and supervision within a nursery setting.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and follow safeguarding procedures.

Required profile

• Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
• Current Paediatric First Aid certificate.
• Previous experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Two professional references covering the last two years.
