About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Early Years Practitioner to provide high‑quality learning and support for young children in a nursery setting in Cheltenham. This term‑time, temporary position runs until the end of the academic year and offers the chance to build lasting relationships with pupils and staff.

Key responsibilities

Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons that promote positive behaviour.
Support early years pupils in achieving learning outcomes.
Foster a safe, nurturing environment that encourages development.
Collaborate with the nursery team to maintain high standards of care and education.

Required profile

Recent experience working with children (within the last 5 years).
Level 2 or 3 qualification OR QTS/EYPS qualification (essential).
Early years experience is desirable.
Patient, resilient, and relationship‑focused.
Committed to delivering high‑quality learning outcomes.
