Early Years Practitioner – Waltham Forest

About the role

Reeson Education is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join its talent pool for September 2026 placements across nurseries in Waltham Forest, London. The role involves delivering high‑quality early education in a supportive, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support children’s learning through play in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Encourage communication, social development and early phonics and maths skills.
• Assist with daily routines, safeguarding procedures and classroom organisation.
• Collaborate with fellow staff and families to create a nurturing learning atmosphere.

Required profile

• Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
• Relevant experience working as an Early Years Practitioner.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Reliable, nurturing approach with good communication and teamwork skills.
