Early Years Teacher – Bath (Part‑time / Full‑time)

About the role

Hanson Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Teachers to work across a range of schools in Bath. These are regular part‑time or full‑time positions during school hours, offering flexibility to suit your availability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse assessment data and implement strategies to raise pupil achievement.
• Manage classroom assistants (HLTAs/LSAs) and support their development.
• Deliver the curriculum appropriate to the age and ability of the group.
• Encourage pupil participation in both social and academic activities.
• Support behaviour management and promote social‑emotional development.
• Follow all school policies on behaviour, safeguarding and health & safety.

Required profile

• Experience of teaching in early years settings.
• Relevant early years or education qualification (degree or equivalent).
• Availability to work between 08:30 and 15:30 on weekdays during term‑time.

Required skills

• Ability to use assessment data to inform teaching.
• Experience managing classroom support staff.
