Early Years Teacher – Bath (Part‑time/Full‑time)

About the role

Hanson Recruitment is seeking qualified Early Years Teachers to work across schools in Bath. These roles are flexible, allowing you to choose part‑time or full‑time days during term‑time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Use assessment data to develop strategies that raise pupil achievement.
• Manage classroom assistants (HLTAs/LSAs) where required.
• Deliver the curriculum appropriate to the age and ability of the group.
• Encourage pupil participation in both social and academic activities.
• Support behaviour management and promote social‑emotional development.
• Follow all school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, health and safety.

Required profile

• Experience of early years teaching in any capacity.
• Early years or education degree (or equivalent qualification).
• Availability to work between 08:30‑15:30 on weekdays during term‑time.
• Willingness to work flexible days or full‑time and adjust weekly availability.
