Early Years Teacher – Full‑time Nursery Position

About the role

Bright Horizons is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join its Regents Park Nursery in London. You will create engaging learning experiences for children, ensuring their development aligns with individual needs and the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver rich, age‑appropriate learning activities.
• Assess each child's progress and adapt provision accordingly.
• Maintain stimulating indoor and outdoor environments.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS) or a relevant Level 6 Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with children, families and staff.

Required skills

• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
