Early Years Teacher

About the role

Reeson Education is looking for a nurturing Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Waltham Forest from September 2026. You will deliver a play‑based EYFS curriculum in a supportive, inclusive environment, helping children develop confidence and curiosity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s development across communication, physical, and social skills.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor and assess progress against EYFS expectations.
• Collaborate closely with support staff and parents.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working in early years or EYFS settings.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development.
• Caring, patient approach to teaching.
• Passion for supporting young learners.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• Ability to plan and deliver play‑based lessons.
• Assessment and progress‑tracking skills.
• Effective communication with parents and staff.
