About the role
Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Teacher to join its West Hampstead nursery in Fortune Green. You will deliver the Bee Curious curriculum, create engaging learning experiences and support children’s development in a vibrant, Montessori‑inspired environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate educational activities that foster curiosity and confidence.
- Develop and adapt learning resources in line with the Bee Curious curriculum.
- Mentor and collaborate with fellow staff to maintain high teaching standards across the centre.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets Ofsted requirements.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and the wider team.
Required profile
- Passion for early years education and child development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality, inclusive learning experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced nursery setting.
