Early Years Teacher – Permanent Full‑Time Position

About the role

This permanent, full‑time role is based in a high‑quality early years setting linked to a school in Burnley. You will join an aspirational, well‑resourced environment that values creativity, collaboration and high standards in Early Years practice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing on a daily basis.
• Use assessment data to plan and adapt provision.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and collaborative learning environment.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and practical experience in early years settings.
• Creative and reflective practitioner with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Ability to meet the needs of all learners through high‑quality provision.

Required skills

• Effective use of assessment to inform planning.
• Knowledge of inclusive, child‑centred behavioural approaches.
