Early Years Teaching Assistant – EYFS/Nursery Practitioner (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant EYFS setting in Islington. The role is full‑time, all‑year‑round and offers a choice of three shift patterns to suit your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage with learning, play and daily routines.
• Work closely with the room leader and wider team to deliver a cohesive curriculum.
• Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group assistance, adapting activities to individual needs.
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for all pupils.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an EYFS or nursery setting.
• A warm, proactive and reliable approach to caring for young children.
• Commitment to a full‑time, all‑year‑round position.
• Willingness to work one of the advertised shift patterns (7:30‑16:30, 8:00‑17:00 or 9:30‑18:30).
