Early Years Teaching Assistant – Flexible Roles in Aylesbury

About the role
Academics is expanding its Early Years division across Aylesbury and surrounding towns. We are looking for qualified Early Years professionals to provide daily supply cover, short‑term placements, and permanent positions in private nurseries, pre‑schools, and early years settings.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development, learning and wellbeing of young children in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Assist qualified teachers in planning and delivering age‑appropriate activities.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and daily observations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding policies.
Required profile
- Qualified in Early Years (Level 2, Level 3 or equivalent).
- Passionate about early childhood development.
- Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic.
- Comfortable working in nursery and pre‑school settings.
