About the role
We are seeking a motivated Early Years Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant school in Enfield. The role offers flexible shift options and the chance to work across multiple year groups on a long‑term basis.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher in delivering the Early Years curriculum.
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to children.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with staff to monitor and record pupil progress.
Required profile
- Cache Level 3 qualification or equivalent (or higher).
- Previous experience supporting children in an educational setting.
- Reliable, proactive and confident when working across year groups.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
What we offer
- Two shift options: 8:00 am‑4:00 pm or 9:00 am‑5:00 pm.
- Competitive daily rate of £105‑£150.
