About the role
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to support pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage at a vibrant primary school in Westminster. The role is full‑time, term‑time only, starting September 2026, and involves delivering play‑based learning in a safe and inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support early language and phonics development.
- Assist with play‑based learning activities and daily routines.
- Promote social, emotional and personal development of children.
- Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support where needed.
Required profile
- A proactive attitude with relevant experience working with young children.
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with class teachers and staff.
