Early Years Trainer

About the role
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Trainer to deliver high‑quality teaching for Level 2, Level 3 and, where possible, Level 5 Early Years qualifications. You will support learners across the M4 corridor, helping them build confidence and progress in their childcare careers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Early Years training across Levels 2 and 3 (Level 5 desirable).
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and progress reviews to learners.
- Collaborate with a variety of early years providers to ensure an excellent learner experience.
- Travel to learner settings across the M4 corridor (Swindon, Reading, Oxford, occasional Bristol).
- Maintain accurate documentation, learner portfolios, and achieve internal KPIs.
Required profile
- Resilient, proactive and ready for a challenge.
- Keen to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
- Experienced in Early Years leadership – ideally a Deputy Nursery Manager or Nursery Manager.
- Open to strong Room Leaders, depending on the size of the room/team they have managed.
- Passionate about developing others and raising practice standards in Early Years settings.
- Level 5 delivery experience is desirable but not essential – full support will be provided.
