About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic eCommerce Account Executive to support the growth of key brand partners across major online marketplaces. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in eCommerce, account management, or client services.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of marketplace listings, pricing and product information.
• Assist with promotions and campaign setup on Amazon, eBay and other platforms.
• Monitor stock levels to maintain good availability.
• Ensure listings are accurate, compliant and optimised.
• Compile performance reports covering sales, stock and conversion rates.
• Support product launches and the creation of new listings.
• Help with order management and general marketplace administration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Some experience or exposure to eCommerce or online marketplaces (placement, internship or role).
• Interest in platforms such as Amazon, eBay or TikTok Shop.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident using data and spreadsheets.
• Eager to learn and develop in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Commercial awareness and willingness to roll up sleeves.
