About the role

We are seeking a detail‑driven eCommerce Assistant to manage product data for a luxury cosmetics portfolio. Working in a hybrid setting, you will ensure that every new lipstick, fragrance or skincare item is launched online accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track product launch timelines across multiple retailer platforms to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Partner with brand and retailer teams to chase missing or incomplete product data.
• Perform meticulous quality checks to ensure product information meets luxury standards.
• Identify and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies, supporting prioritisation and issue resolution.
• Maintain clear reports on launch readiness and live status.

• Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
