eCommerce Channels Assistant

About the role

Mountain Warehouse’s Channels team is expanding its international eCommerce operation across third‑party marketplaces and digital concessions. Reporting to the Digital Concessions Manager, the eCommerce Channels Assistant will support the growth of concession channels such as Next, handling reporting, product launches and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Refresh weekly trade reporting and conduct data analysis to identify under‑ and over‑performance.
• Support teams in monitoring and improving KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, return rates, in‑stock share and SKU availability.
• Manage third‑party stock pots by updating tools, monitoring levels and organising replenishments or RTWs.
• Provide insights and recommendations through reporting to aid commercial decision‑making.
• Monitor service level agreements, flagging issues to relevant teams.
• Assist with new season tasks to ensure timely product launches.
• Help maximise live assortment on channels and execute content strategies.
• Upload and manage product imagery.
• Build strong working relationships across the team and cross‑functionally.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in concessions, marketplaces or a related eCommerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in using data to drive performance.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Fast learner who enjoys developing new skills and taking on challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for eCommerce and a desire to build a career in digital trading and marketplaces.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF functions, Pivot Tables).
