Ecommerce Customer Services Operations Executive

About the role

This hybrid, full‑time position supports a long‑established UK consumer health and wellness brand that sells natural healthcare products across retail, pharmacy and direct‑to‑consumer channels. The role focuses on end‑to‑end ecommerce execution, primarily on Amazon Seller Central, while also overseeing Shopify and TikTok Shop operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage Amazon Seller Central (3P) operations, performance metrics and account health.
• Maintain catalogue accuracy, SKU updates and compliance across all marketplaces.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as returns, chargebacks and other marketplace metrics, driving corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee fulfilment processes for Shopify and TikTok Shop, including picking, packing and shipping.
• Manage stock replenishment and availability across all ecommerce channels.
• Handle customer service issues arising from ecommerce touchpoints.
• Produce regular sales, settlement and performance reports using Excel, ERP and Amazon data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support international marketplace transitions.

Required skills

• Amazon Seller Central (3P) expertise.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel reporting skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
