E‑Commerce Manager – Drive Growth for Premium Brand

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to lead the digital trading, performance‑marketing and conversion strategy for a premium consumer brand. You will own the online sales funnel, drive profitable growth and shape the future of our omni‑channel retail business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute the annual promotional calendar and e‑commerce sales strategy.
• Identify and deliver new online growth opportunities in partnership with senior commercial leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and external agencies to maximise ROAS, traffic and conversion performance.
• Oversee day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, descriptions, imagery and data accuracy.
• Design and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and average order value.
• Manage digital integrations, product feeds and promotional activity across third‑party marketplaces.
• Analyse website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, creating clear dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support email marketing, social media activity and review customer journeys to enhance the overall experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an E‑Commerce Manager.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Required skills

• CMS experience (ideally Salesforce).
• Google Analytics proficiency.
• Performance‑marketing campaign management with focus on ROAS.
• Digital integrations and product‑feed management.
• Email marketing and social‑media coordination.
