Ecommerce Manager – Fashion Brand (Hybrid)

About the role

The fashion brand is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the online trading strategy and deliver an exceptional customer journey. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to drive commercial growth across the website.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day trading and performance of the ecommerce website.
• Coordinate product launches, campaign activations, seasonal collections and promotional events.
• Optimise category pages, product listings and onsite merchandising to maximise engagement and sales.
• Manage the digital trading calendar and ensure timely delivery of website activity.
• Continuously review the customer journey and implement usability and conversion improvements.
• Partner with developers to deliver new features, enhancements and platform upgrades.
• Develop and execute CRO initiatives to improve onsite performance.
• Analyse key ecommerce metrics such as conversion, revenue, AOV and CLV.
• Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams to boost acquisition, retention and loyalty.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Ecommerce Manager or senior ecommerce trading role within fashion, retail or lifestyle.
• Strong commercial understanding with a proven track record of driving online sales performance.
• Hands‑on experience working with Shopify.
• Excellent knowledge of ecommerce trading, onsite merchandising and digital customer journeys.
