Ecommerce Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the online customer journey for a fast‑growing, employee‑owned brand in the sport, fitness and performance sector. You will work across the UK, USA and Germany, driving website performance, conversion and trading activity on a modern Shopify platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the ecommerce website, merchandising and conversion rates across multiple international markets.
• Shape and execute the ecommerce strategy in partnership with CRM, marketplace, partnership and digital‑marketing specialists.
• Lead and develop the Marketing Assistant, supporting their progression and day‑to‑day activities.
• Collaborate with the in‑house marketing team to deliver aggressive growth targets.

Required profile

• Proven ecommerce experience, preferably in a consumer‑focused or direct‑to‑consumer environment.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional online customer experiences.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously.
