Ecommerce Manager

About the role

The client is a luxury home brand seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to drive profitable online sales and double revenue over the next five years. Based in West London, the role is hybrid, with four days a week in the office, and sits on the UK e‑commerce leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a full‑year promotional calendar and sales strategy, including test‑and‑learn for a new product and channel launching in 2025.
• Recruit, lead and grow a project team to support accelerated sales growth.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing leadership to identify new market opportunities and maximise ROAS.
• Oversee day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations, improving performance, conversion rates and average order value while managing budgets.
• Manage digital integration, product feeds and content across third‑party sites such as Google Shopping and affiliate networks.
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, creating regular performance reports and communicating promotions to stakeholders.
• Support email advocacy, social media programmes and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touch points.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce management within a premium or luxury brand.
• Track record of launching new products or channels and delivering measurable sales growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, motivate and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent budget and cost management capabilities.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and external agencies.
