eDiscovery Project Manager (London)

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of Relativity‑based eDiscovery engagements for its legal technology team in London. The role involves building client relationships, understanding technical specifications, and ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Relativity projects and manage the full life‑cycle according to client parameters.
• Track delivery schedules, ensure quality assurance, and handle changes in scope.
• Communicate proactively with clients, offering workflow improvements and answering Relativity‑related questions.
• Monitor multiple projects to meet deadlines and execute document disclosures using Relativity and LAW.
• Design custom event handlers and Relativity scripts to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with production staff, allocate resources, and act as liaison between production and clients.
• Research solutions, determine appropriate actions, and ensure compliance with client and industry standards.
• Support new business development by attending client meetings with sales teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (2.1) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of eDiscovery project management experience, preferably with a vendor.
• Proficiency with Relativity and deep experience in analytics (at least four TAR projects).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SQL and/or Visual Basic.
• RCA certification and Analytics certification.
