Education Recruitment Consultant – SEND & Tuition (Kent)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of our established SEND & Tuition desk in Kent. You will work with a strong client portfolio, generate new business and benefit from full support from our internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing SEND and tuition school partnerships and maintain strong relationships.
• Identify and win new business across the Kent and South East England region.
• Place specialist education professionals in schools and alternative provision settings.
• Visit schools and education settings to understand client needs and maximise opportunities.
• Collaborate with candidate sourcing, compliance, payroll and administration teams to focus on sales and placements.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in education recruitment.
• Proven track record of billing, ideally within SEND, alternative provision or tuition.
• Excellent relationship‑building and business development abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team targets.

Required skills

• Experience recruiting for SEND, tuition or alternative provision roles.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
