About the role

We are looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant to connect passionate educators with schools across the UK. You will play a pivotal role in shaping futures by matching talent to the right opportunities, while building a rewarding career in a purpose-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with schools and educators, understanding their needs and matching suitable candidates.
• Develop a strong pipeline of candidates and expand the client base with guidance from senior team members.
• Act as a trusted advisor to school decision-makers, delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with education sector trends to provide market-leading insights.
• Achieve and exceed performance targets in a results-driven role.

Required profile

• Sales-driven mindset, comfortable working towards targets.
• Confident and people-focused, enjoys building relationships.
• Resilient, ambitious and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Organised and adaptable, able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about education and its impact, even without prior sector experience.
