Education Technology Manager

About the role

Futura Learning Partnership is looking for a dynamic Education Technology Manager to lead the strategic development, adoption and evaluation of education technology across the Trust. You will work closely with the Director of Digital Innovation to ensure technology enhances teaching, learning and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the strategic development and adoption of pedagogical education technology across the Trust.
• Evaluate the impact of EdTech tools on student academic progress.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with educational goals.
• Visit schools within the Trust and provide on‑site support, requiring personal transport.
• Support hybrid working arrangements between home and the Leigh Court site.

Required profile

• Substantial knowledge and experience with software and systems used by education staff.
• Proven experience using EdTech tools to support children’s academic progress.
• Education to Level 3 (A‑level or equivalent).
• Commitment to the belief that every child deserves the best opportunities.
