eLearning Developer

About the role

Join HCRG Care Group’s Learning & Development team as an eLearning Developer. You will create engaging digital and blended learning experiences that support colleagues’ growth and drive organisational success.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules, micro‑learning, videos, animations and virtual learning experiences.
• Build content using Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise and Camtasia.
• Create multimedia assets such as graphics, icons, infographics, quizzes and screen recordings.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject‑matter experts to translate storyboards into impactful learning.
• Apply WCAG AA accessibility standards and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Test learning solutions across devices and platforms for a seamless learner experience.
• Upload and maintain content in the Learning Management System using SCORM and xAPI standards.
• Support quality‑assurance processes and continuously improve materials based on feedback.

Required profile

• Experience or qualifications in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Creative digital learning professional with a passion for innovative learning design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
