Electrical Assembly Operative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Production Operative to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Thanet. This role involves supporting the production of high‑quality electronic products through assembly, inspection, and manufacturing processes while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow written instructions, technical documentation, and manufacturing procedures relating to the production of electronic products.
• Undertake assembly tasks and manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Participate in training across all areas of production, including assembly, testing, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and customer expectations.
• Escalate production, quality, or equipment issues to the Production Supervisor or Manager in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
