Electrical Contracts Manager – Compliance & Maintenance (3 positions)

About the role

We are seeking three senior Electrical Contracts Managers to lead compliance, planned maintenance, and reactive services for social housing portfolios across North London. You will be responsible for the full operational, technical and commercial delivery of high‑profile electrical contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of electrical contracts, ensuring 100% statutory compliance with social housing standards and KPIs.
• Act as the primary liaison with client contract‑management teams, managing expectations and access campaigns.
• Lead and develop a dedicated team of supervisors, engineers and administrators.
• Maintain commercial accountability for budgets, invoicing and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the Social Housing / Housing Association (G15) sector.
• Proven track record of managing delivery, access campaigns and resident expectations on regulated residential estates.
• Ability to specialise in one of three portfolios: Electrical Testing (EICR), Planned Compliance, or Maintenance & Reactive.
