Electrical Contracts Manager – Devon

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to lead a varied portfolio of projects across Devon and the South West. You will be responsible for delivering electrical installations ranging from small £200k works to major £4m schemes in sectors such as education, healthcare, defence and commercial.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from tendering through to commissioning.
• Manage budgets, schedules and health‑and‑safety compliance to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within cost.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to maintain high standards of quality and communication.
• Monitor project performance and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager in the commercial construction sector.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering projects profitably.
• Electrical trade background and solid understanding of installation methods.
• Stable career history with recognised contractors and demonstrated leadership abilities.
