Electrical Engineer – HV Manufacturing & Power Quality

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with high‑voltage manufacturing experience to join a specialist power‑quality team. You will support the design, build and testing of advanced electrical systems for renewable‑energy projects, providing hands‑on shop‑floor assistance and leading key testing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Produce complete engineering packs (schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, test plans) for high‑voltage power‑quality equipment.
• Provide real‑time shop‑floor technical support during assembly and wiring.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and ensure successful hand‑over to customers.
• Investigate root‑cause faults, implement corrective actions (CAPA) and support product testing.
• Carry out periodic site surveys and support renewable‑energy project installations.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers as the team expands.

Required profile

• Electrical Engineer with experience in high‑voltage (275‑400 kV) manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to work on the shop floor and lead technical problem‑solving.
• Willingness to mentor junior staff and grow into a leadership role.
