Electrical Engineer – Maintenance & Commissioning

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with a focus on maintenance and commissioning to join a specialist company operating across the Home Counties and Southeast. You will work on emergency lighting and other electrical systems, providing technical advice and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and commission specialist emergency lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair and install a variety of electrical systems.
• Provide technical advice to clients and support project documentation.
• Travel locally (and occasionally further afield) with a company van.

Required profile

• Background in Lighting, Fire, Access Control or a related electrical engineering field.
• Practical experience in maintenance and/or commissioning (preferred but not essential).
• Full, valid UK driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site.
