Electrical Estimator & Contracts Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator and Contracts Manager to join a well‑established commercial and industrial contractor in Swindon. The successful candidate will lead the preparation and submission of electrical tenders, working closely with mechanical estimators and project teams on a variety of challenging projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, price and submit electrical quotations for commercial and industrial projects.
• Collaborate with mechanical estimators to produce combined Mechanical & Electrical tender packages.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and design teams to clarify project requirements and resolve queries.
• Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and project specifications to ensure accurate costing.
• Maintain a pipeline of tender opportunities and support contract administration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial/industrial electrical estimating.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications.
• Full UK driving licence; CSCS and DBS are advantageous.
