About the role
Shorterm Group is seeking an Electrical Improver with proven experience in Building Management System (BMS) installation to join their South West London team. This position is full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday, with a minimum of 8 hours per day and the possibility to work up to 10 hours.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out BMS installation tasks on site for a 3‑4 month project.
- Perform electrical improvements and upgrades as required.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines.
Required profile
- Valid ECS (Electrical Contractors Scheme) card.
- IPAF certification is advantageous.
- Ability to work on‑site in SW6, London.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying daily hours.
