About the role

Join a leading training provider in Liverpool as an Electrical Installation Lecturer. This full‑time, permanent position offers you the chance to transition from industry practice to teaching, delivering both practical and classroom‑based lessons to aspiring electricians.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theory‑based Electrical Installation lessons across multiple programmes.
• Plan engaging lessons, assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and support learners throughout their studies.
• Contribute to curriculum development, employer engagement and open events.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Building Services department.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• AM2 qualification.
• Relevant industry experience in electrical installation.
• Enthusiasm for developing learners and building a long‑term education career.
