About the role

We are partnering with a respected Further Education College in London to hire an enthusiastic Electrical Installation Lecturer. The role involves delivering Level 1‑3 Electrical Installation programmes, combining practical workshop sessions with classroom teaching to develop the next generation of electricians.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging practical and theoretical Electrical Installation lessons.
• Support learners in achieving their qualifications and career objectives.
• Assess student work, provide feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Promote and enforce safe working practices in workshops and classrooms.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation.
• Relevant industry experience within the electrical sector.
• Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience (desirable).
• Teaching qualification preferred or willingness to work towards one.
