Electrical Installation Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a qualified electrician to transition into a rewarding teaching career, delivering both practical workshop sessions and classroom‑based learning to apprentices and full‑time learners in Electrical Installation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Installation practical and theory sessions.
• Teach safe working practices, fault finding, inspection & testing, and industry regulations.
• Mentor and support apprentices and full‑time learners.
• Help develop the next generation of electricians.

Required profile

• Qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• AM2, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and 2391 Inspection & Testing qualifications are desirable.
• No prior teaching experience required, but a desire to move into education.
