Electrical Maintenance Contracts Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of a major electrical maintenance contract for a leading electrical contractor operating across London and the South East. The role involves overseeing emergency lighting, lightning protection, PAT testing, height safety and PV systems while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of electrical maintenance and compliance contracts.
• Oversee services including emergency lighting, lightning protection, PAT testing, height safety and photovoltaic systems.
• Maintain KPIs, SLAs, budgets, reporting and P&L performance.
• Lead supervisors, engineers, administrators and subcontracted teams.
• Coordinate with clients, housing associations, councils and commercial customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in electrical maintenance, compliance, social housing or public sector environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, multi‑discipline teams and contractual performance.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Willingness to commute to Hertford and cover London and the South East.
