Electrical Maintenance Engineer – 4 on/4 off shift

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a world‑renowned theatre production company on a 1‑year fixed‑term contract, with strong potential to become permanent. The role operates on a 4‑on/4‑off shift pattern from 07:00 to 19:00, based in a prestigious central London facility.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance on a variety of machinery and production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve PLC faults and related automation issues.
• Carry out basic mechanical tasks to support equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure continuous production uptime.

Required profile

• Experience in an FMCG, manufacturing or similar environment.
• Proven ability to work shift patterns, specifically 4‑on/4‑off.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and hands‑on troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in a fast‑paced, creative production setting.
