Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Commercial Sites

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a newly redeveloped commercial office site in Battersea, London. The role offers a modern, state-of-the-art environment with a balanced on-call rota and opportunities for high-voltage training.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance requests across the site.
• Perform routine fault finding and electrical diagnostics to maximise system uptime.
• Conduct emergency lighting testing, maintenance and fault repair to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Work within alternating weekly shifts (6:30 am‑3:30 pm or 7:30 am‑4:30 pm) and a minimal on-call rota (one week in two).

Required profile

• Relevant electrical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or 18th Edition.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably on commercial or large-scale sites.
• Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
