Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Factory Production

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated manufacturing facility in Kent. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting a range of production machinery and contributing to both technical and managerial career development.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding and planned preventative maintenance on automated production equipment.
• Ensure maximum machine uptime and overall efficiency.
• Respond to reactive and breakdown maintenance tasks promptly.
• Work on double‑day shifts to support continuous factory operations.

Required profile

• Proven electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced factory.
• Level 3 Electrical qualification or recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
