Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Industrial Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Thatcham. You will work in a fast-paced, fully automated environment, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance, fault-finding and corrective actions on a range of automated production machinery.
• Execute planned preventative maintenance programmes to maximise equipment uptime.
• Carry out reactive and breakdown maintenance in a high-speed industrial setting.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting; UK experience is desirable.
