Electrical Project Manager – Commercial Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects in Central London. You will own projects from inception to handover, coordinating clients, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver safe, high‑quality work on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects across commercial office environments.
• Oversee labour, materials, programme, health and safety and client meetings.
• Control variations, progress reporting and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects moving.
• Maintain project documentation and deliver projects to a high standard.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing electrical projects, preferably in commercial fit‑out or refurbishment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations and relevant qualifications.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage people, paperwork and pressure without excessive escalation.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification is advantageous.
