Electrical Qualified Supervisor

About the role

Fixatex Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor to lead its site teams across London contract sites and the Hertford head office. You will manage staff, ensure safe and high‑quality electrical work, and support the professional development of your team.

Key responsibilities

• Direct line and people management of Site Supervisors, Engineers and Improvers.
• Lead and supervise staff to deliver work safely, to high technical standards and in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct onsite supervision visits and post‑inspection reviews of completed work.
• Deliver toolbox talks, technical updates and briefings to promote safety and continuous learning.
• Perform electrical testing, inspection, installation and maintenance as required.
• Review and sign off certifications and collaborate with QA teams.
• Prepare quotations, variations and liaise with suppliers for material procurement.
• Monitor progress of incomplete jobs and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in escalation, incident investigations and business change initiatives.
• Maintain personal and team CPD records and engage in training programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory or qualified supervisor role within the electrical industry.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
