Electrical Qualified Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the delivery of electrical works on both planned and reactive maintenance contracts. You will ensure compliance with health and safety, quality standards, and internal procedures while providing technical support to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee electrical works across maintenance contracts, ensuring timely and budget‑conscious delivery.
• Supervise a small team of operatives and manage subcontractors as required.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Manage MCM job scheduling and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure all electrical meters and equipment are calibrated and maintained.
• Compile operational reports, support performance reviews and audits.
• Maintain company assets such as vehicles, tools, PPE, and van stock.
• Attend client meetings, toolbox talks, and internal training sessions.

Required profile

• 18th Edition Qualification.
• Relevant NVQ or equivalent electrical certification.
• Proven experience in supervising electrical teams on construction or maintenance contracts.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and industry standards.
