Electrical Service & Commissioning Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Service & Commissioning Engineer to join a market‑leading company. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key role in keeping customer products operational through both planned and reactive maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance activities, inspections, repairs and routine maintenance.
• Work on industrial food processing machinery.
• Perform installations on customer sites across the UK and occasional international locations.
• Troubleshoot and fault‑find electrical issues.
• Execute effective shift changeover communication routines.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of required information.

Required profile

• Experience in service, installation and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Apprentice‑trained with a strong technical motivation.
• Commitment to a stable and secure engineering career.
