Electrical Technician – Aircraft Component Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join a specialist team at a major aircraft component facility near Stansted Airport. You will receive dedicated training and development while working on the testing, inspection, repair and overhaul of critical aircraft electrical parts.

Key responsibilities

• Test, inspect and certify emergency power supplies, pyrometers and galley heaters.
• Repair and overhaul a range of aircraft electrical components.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot faults.

Required profile

• Electrical engineering background or strong electrical bias.
• Previous hands‑on experience in an engineering or workshop environment, preferably within aerospace or aviation.
• Ability to commute to Stansted Airport.
