Electrical Trainer – High Voltage/Low Voltage (Full Training)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to transition into a dedicated Electrical Trainer role, delivering high‑voltage (HV) and low‑voltage (LV) training to the next generation of engineers. Based in Slough, you will join a respected training provider that values innovation, career progression, and hands‑on learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive HV/LV training courses covering fundamentals, switchgear operation, fault diagnosis, safety protocols, and electrical isolation techniques.
• Facilitate practical exercises, real‑world scenarios, and hands‑on sessions to ensure learners acquire job‑ready skills.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain training materials and stay up‑to‑date with industry standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with HV or LV systems in an engineering role.
• Background in managing electrical safety, issuing permits, and handling site access limitations.
• Strong desire to develop others and share technical knowledge.
• Residence within a commutable distance to Slough.
