About the role
We are partnering with a reputable training company to hire an Electrical Training Instructor for their Burgess Hill site. You will deliver classroom and workshop based electrical training to Level 3 learners, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide electrical instruction and assessments in both classroom and workshop settings.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised workshop environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an electrical instructor delivering Level 3 training.
- Experience delivering City & Guilds 2365, 2357, 2391 or equivalent qualifications.
- Fully qualified electrician or equivalent qualifications.
- Assessors award qualification.
- Teaching qualification such as PTLLS or Certificate of Education.

What we offer
- Salary £40,000‑£44,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Full‑time permanent contract, Monday‑Friday 08:30‑17:00.
