Electrician – Commercial Development (London)

About the role
We are seeking qualified electricians to join a three‑month commercial development project in central London. The role offers a competitive daily rate and the chance to work on fire‑alarm and wiring installations for a new building.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out first‑fix containment and FP200 wiring on the new commercial development.
- Install and test fire‑alarm systems in accordance with project specifications.
- Work 45 hours per week, typically 07:00‑16:00, on‑site at the central London location.
- Maintain accurate records and provide work references as required.
Required profile
- Valid JIB or ECS card.
- Proven experience with fire‑alarm installations.
- Ability to provide professional references.
- Availability for a three‑month contract.
Required skills
- JIB/ECS card certification.
- Fire‑alarm system installation.
- First‑fix containment work.
- FP200 wiring.
What we offer
- £28.00 per hour on a CIS/LTD/UMB basis or £20.00 per hour PAYE.
- Fixed‑term three‑month contract.
